The original arrangement I selected for a funeral was nothing that I expected it to be although flowers were beautiful the arrangement wasn’t what I thought I was getting. I wasn’t notified, but when I reached out to the florist… They were extremely apologetic, and explained that baskets normally are sent directly to the funeral home, but if someone orders the same arrangement to be sent to a residence, they switch out the container. All of that being said they sent an additional complementary arrangement to the funeral home.Thank you all for making this right!
