Ordered online to deliver flowers to someone a few hours away locally, flowers were fresh and looked great but they got the chocolate box order wrong/they substituted it for a cheaper one then what I paid. The add on bear and balloon were allright. Kind of overpriced for the whole thing and they didnt pick up the phone all day sunday when I tried calling. So docking 1 star for these issues. However flowers were nice and delivery was on time.
